EMOTION MEDIA INC. (FANNEX) MOBILE APP AND INTERACTIVE GAME PLATFORM PRIVACY POLICY

Your information privacy is important to us. Your personally identifiable information as defined herein may include your seat location information while attending live events, your full name, or your email address. You may also be invited to share things like photos, which will be at your discretion.

 MOBILE APPLICATION FEATURE PRIVILEGES

  • Camera: The purpose in requesting you’re the camera privilege on your device is to provide you access to our Fanpics feature wherein you can take a photograph and then be prompted to decide if you want to share it with us. If you do agree to share a taken image, the image may be selected for display on team scoreboard video screens, social sites, or within the team mobile application. The image will also save on your device photo library for your personal use. 
  • Record-Audio: The application may require access to your device microphone for the sole purpose of detecting human inaudible sounds used to trigger things like live interactive events or a mobile screen lighting effect display. You will be required to check-in with your seat information to participate in these triggerable events. This feature is only active when the user is checked into a seat at the live event within the associated venue and the app is in use in the forefront. This is the sole purpose for use of this feature and we do not store or distribute any audio.
  • Read-Phone State: The application checks your phone state in order to determine if it becomes active in the forefront so that it may update with the pertinent data relating to things like your location in relation to the venue. Specific content is displayed for users relating to if they are at the venue or using features not relative to being at the venue.
  • Device Location: The application will also request access to your device location for the purpose of making certain venue based user features available that are not available to users outside of in and around where the venue is located.
  • Get Accounts: The application uses an existing connection for Google services. For devices using certain Android OS versions, this requires users to set up their Google account on their mobile devices to obtain access to the application and its features.

OTHER INFORMATION THAT MAY BE COLLECTED

  • Application Usage Information: We may receive and store certain types of information (such as volume of usage of a particular app feature) during active use of your app.
  • User provided information: You may be expressly asked to provide us with certain information (including but not limited to: your name, email address, phone number, or seat location in a venue. Personal information that you provide to us for various features may be collected via the App.

INFORMATION COLLECTION

  • Seat location ID: We may collect data for purposes of system administration and to report aggregate information to our advertisers and sponsors. Our systems identify your mobile device by your venue seat address. This information is requested of you for a live event and requires your involvement to complete.
  • Surveys or Polls: On occasion, we may request personally identifiable information from you via polls. Participation in these is voluntary and you will have the opportunity to decide whether or not to disclose information. At times, you may have to register to take part in a survey/poll.
  • Contests: Certain contests within the app may require a registration where you are asked for personally identifiable information, which is voluntary, and you will have the opportunity to decide whether or not to disclose within the application. We may ask your permission to allow us to post publicly some of your information on the app, such as on a winners’ page, in the event you win a Contest. Your seat location or system generated unique event ID information may be posted but we will not post other personal information without your permission. In some instances, a third party advertiser or sponsor may operate or host a Contest on the App, and collect your information. In those cases, where we are not the operator or host of the Contest, we have no control over the information collected and recommend you to review the advertiser’s or sponsor’s privacy policy applicable to the Contest before participating.

OUR USE OF COLLECTED INFORMATION

Any collected information you provide us may be used to:

  • Monitor or improve the use of the App
  • Inform you of a prize you have won

SHARING OF INFORMATION WE COLLECT

From time to time, we may share your personally identifiable information for various purposes. Ways that your information may be shared with others are outlined as follows: We do not share, sell, rent or trade personally identifiable information with third parties except as expressly outlined here: Personally identifiable information relating to a contest winner via completed form or Aggregate information such as feature usage statistics, or demographics, with licensed teams, participating sponsors, advertisers and affiliates.

LEGAL OBLIGATION

If we are required to respond to subpoenas, court orders or other legal process your personally identifiable information pursuant to such subpoena, legal process, or court orders may be disclosed, which may be with or without notice to you.

SOCIAL MEDIA & LINKS TO OTHER WEB SITES

Our privacy policy applies only to this application. You may be directed to other web sites or utilize other social-media features when using this application that our beyond our control. Examples may be third party websites or advertiser websites, which you access from within the application. These sites may independently collect data, or solicit personal information and may or may not have their own privacy policy. Consult the site’s privacy policy when visiting a linked Website or social-media feature linked from our app.

DATA SECURITY

This mobile application and its servers incorporate reasonable safeguards to protect personal information data security, integrity, accuracy, and privacy that may be collected. We have put in place generally accepted practices to protect such information from loss, and misuse. Only employees who require access to your information in order to perform their related duties are allowed access.
